The American Airlines Co-Op program is designed to create a talent pipeline to our Technical Operations organization. The program offers a progressively challenging experience for engineering students in several technical functional areas of the company. Co-Ops apply aerospace, avionics, electrical and mechanical engineering disciplines within specific departments such as Fleet and Power Plant Engineering, and work alongside experienced engineers to develop a wide variety of skills during each SPRING/SUMMER or SUMMER/FALL work term.
